Bethany has been the lead dental assistant at All Dental for over 20 years. Bethany loves working alongside Dr. Noor in helping restore her patients’ smiles. Her favorite part of being with us through all the years is the strong relationships she has formed with so many of our longtime patients & families. One of her many specialties is assisting Dr. Noor with the many surgical procedures they do. She also loves to educate patients on how they can achieve the smiles they have always dreamed of having with the many options that can be offered within our office. Bethany is trained to design oral devices for patients with sleep apnea and helps them achieve a healthy, good night sleep. She also has CPR and ACLS certifications.

When not at work, Bethany is spending time with her two beautiful children and husband. She loves family visits, baking, spending summer days by the pool, traveling when she can, and loves the beach! Bethany is an essential part of our team and will guarantee you leave with a smile!

Flavia was born in Brazil and raised in the USA for over 24 years. She is trilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has been a dental assistant at All Dental for over 4 years. Flavia is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each appointment. She prides herself on treating patients as individuals rather than just another number and takes the time to learn about each patient’s likes and dislikes. She has experience in assisting with a broad range of treatments. Here at All Dental, she is well versed in specialty root canal treatment and many other surgical procedures they perform with Dr Noor.

Flavia loves working in the dental field and aspires to become a Dental Hygienist. She has a thirst for knowledge and an unwavering drive that pushes her to achieve not only her goals, but the goals for her patients. Flavia says the most rewarding part of her job is, “taking care of our patients and helping them achieve a beautiful healthy smile.” In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and loves doing outdoor activities.

Kayla Monteiro joined All Dental in 2021. She received her dental hygiene degree from Community College of Rhode Island in 2019. She passed her National Dental Boards in 2019 and is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She also completed her clinical rotations at St Joseph’s Hospital. She has been a certified dental assistant since 2012 where she earned her degree from the dental assistant program at CCRI. She worked as a Certified Dental Assistant in Rhode Island for 5 years with an Oral Surgeon group of doctors before returning to hygiene school to complete her dreams to become a Dental Hygienist.

Kayla fell in love with the process of improving smiles through good dental care and education and her top priority is to help each patient achieve optimal oral health. Kayla puts her heart into every appointment and is why she has developed such close relationships with her patients. She and her husband Lindo have a daughter and enjoy taking trips around the world with their family. This emphasizes her strong sense of family and togetherness that she shows us at the office daily.

Joanna Mejdalani joined All Dental in 2021 and has been a great addition to the practice. She received her dental hygiene degree in 2019 and has a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene from Regis College. Joanna attends numerous continuing education courses to keep up with the latest methods, materials, and emerging technologies. She first started off as a Dental Assistant where her knowledge and love for dentistry first blossomed. After being in that field for 4 years, a spark and love for helping others spurred Joanna into pursuing a career as a Dental Hygienist.

Joanna’s goal everyday is to bring a smile to every patient she encounters while also educating them on how to improve their smile. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her dog King and her cat Mac. She always tells us she regrets not naming her dog “Cheese”, as it would be ideal to say, “I’m going home to Mac and Cheese”. She is also very big on family which is why she enjoys working at this practice.

Katrina is a 2013 Cape Cod community college graduate. She has been practicing dental hygiene for over 10 years. Katrina is highly skilled, compassionate dental hygienist who prides herself with providing optimal oral health to each patient. She loves treatment planning and showing her patients their improvement from where they started compared to their current results. She explains each procedure and the benefits it has on a patients well being.

Outside of work, she loves to read, ski, vacation and go to soccer games with her husband and two children. She believes a good work life balance is essential for providing essential care for our patients.
